Industrial Baking Tray Cleaning Machine

The EKMAŞ Baking Tray Cleaning Machine is designed for professional bakeries, industrial production facilities and bakery plants that require efficient and controlled cleaning of baking trays. The system combines 360° pressurized dry steam, a 16-brush mechanical cleaning system, UV-assisted hygiene and optional automatic oiling in a single machine.

Suitable for baking trays from 40x60 cm up to 75x104 cm, the machine can clean solid and perforated baking trays, hamburger bun trays, sandwich bun trays, baguette trays and other bakery trays. It can also accommodate round and square bread pans and, depending on the tray geometry, tray rim heights of up to 50 mm.

The tray is loaded and retrieved from the same operating point, allowing the machine to be used efficiently by a single operator. Brush speed, number of cleaning cycles, steam, UV and oiling functions can be adjusted via the touchscreen according to the tray type and level of soiling.

Built with a 304-grade stainless steel body, a pull-out waste drawer and an easily accessible brush system, the EKMAŞ Baking Tray Cleaning Machine is developed for intensive industrial use. Its flexible cleaning settings make it suitable for different bakery tray types and production requirements.
