Loader Cloth - A food-safe woven cloth that allows dough to slide into the oven while helping preserve its shape. Oven Loader for Deck Ovens - A loading mechanism designed specifically for deck ovens, allowing dough to be transferred in a single or double direction. Bread Removal Peel - A long-handled hand tool with a flat surface, used to remove baked products from the oven. Tunnel Oven Loader - An automatic loading system that continuously feeds dough into a tunnel oven by means of a conveyor system.
